    2. How does ordering work in your online shop? - To order a product in our online shop, select the product you want, add it to the shopping cart and proceed to the checkout. Here you enter your delivery and billing address and select a payment method. After completing the order, you will receive a confirmation by email.

    3. How long does the delivery take? - The delivery time varies depending on the product and the delivery location. Order processing usually takes 1-7 days. Your order will reach you within 15-21 business days.

    4. Can I change or cancel my order afterwards? - Yes, this is usually possible as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible to make a change or cancellation.
    5. What is your return policy? - Our return policy allows you to return or exchange products within a certain period, provided they are unused and in their original condition. In the case of a return, the postage costs for the return shipment are borne by the customer.
    6. How can I get my invoice or a copy of my order? - After completing the order, you will be sent an invoice by email. If you need an additional copy, please contact our customer service.
